What type of calls are billable?
We want to make sure you only pay when something happens so a call will only be chargeable if…
1. The call is answered by a human.
2. The call is answered by a voicemail and you have specified that a message should be left if a voicemail answers.
If one of the above is true then you will be billed at a pro-rata rate based on the country code you call. See supported country codes and prices here.
What do the voices sound like?
We have many different voice options available for you to choose from.
How many leads can I send?
We can easily accept hundreds of leads per day per account. If you expect to send thousands of leads per day then please contact us and we’ll discuss your requirements with you.
Can the AI assistant answer questions?
Yes. The AI assistant is smart and well-spoken. When you create a project and define the settings you can provide instructions and background information that helps the AI assistant answer any questions the caller may ask.
It can also answer general questions well and will always try to stay on track to bring the caller back to the goal of the call.
